Sheridan`s Frozen Custard in Cordova

I love the custard. Elvis pick and strawman are my favorites.

Luckily, there was no other car in the drive-thru, so we were taken care of fairly quickly. Products came out perfectly. Staff could use a boost of enthusiasm especially since they're all wearing masks so non-verbal cues are non-existent.

Had the Mexican chocolate concrete today. It was excellent, and they handled a food allergy we had in the group extremely well! Definitely coming back!

It was my first time and I ordered homemade vanilla custard which was the best frozen custard I've ever eaten to this day.

Yummy treat. Wonderful place to go to get a sweet frozen custard treat. Lots of choices. Walk up or drive thru options. Easy to see from the street. I definitely recommend this place. It's worth the trip.

The only thing good about this place is the free pup ice cream. Super skimpy mix ins, basically vanilla with few things in the top 10 percent to make it look good. We threw it in their trash and headed out. Too bad, it used to be decent. Lots of people were leaving.

The strawberry short cake n custard is the best with coconut shaved on top! Yes I'm hooked. Better than icecream to me.

Ordered a create your own sundea with multiple toppings. Worker got my order right, and didn't skimp on the toppings! Best ice cream in the Memphis area in my opinion.

Downright delicious

M&Ms are the so good in a concrete. They blend in and break up. They mix up with that delicious M&M dust and flavor incorporating all throughout the ice cream. Unfortunately despite what the menu says they don't have M&Ms here. They have mini M&Ms, which do none of those things. A few bites and then into the trash. I'm leaving this review so we'll remember that we don't want to come back here.

It's been about a year since I was here last and the service has really improved. Last time I was here I was in line for about 30 minutes at the drive-thru. This time was about 3 minutes. The people are a lot friendlier. The mocha almond is amazing. I also like the wedding cake with extra wedding.

this is truly a good custard store it reminds me of the lungs in Ohio when I was growing up. I'll custards which are called concretes are really good it can also make your have them make one the way you want it. Don't go there if you're on a diet... Lol

Great product.. poor customer service. Sadly, seems as though spoiled teenagers are always working. Would frequent more often us customer service was a priority.

This was my first visit here. And I must say it was amazing. This is kind of a different experience. I absolutely loved it. The Chocolate concrete and wedding cake concrete were amazing. I will definitely be trying other flavors as well. Pricing is the best for the quantity you get. Customer service is amazing.

Avoid the wedding cake but the mint is worth trying. I would recommend asking to limit the pumps of mint liquid to 1 or 2 so that the ice cream is not too minty.

First time and I must admit, I'll be back for the mocha almond it was amazing. Thanks for the great experience.

I asked for the cheesecake concrete in the middle of the day when they're not busy at all and the girl gave me wedding cake.

The actual ice cream here is delicious. They have a drive through and and out door eating. Come here after a movie, the theater is across the street.

The customer service is always good, and my family really enjoys the ice cream. Keep up the good work.

We have come here a few times since the Bartlett location shut down. It's a bit of a trek for us, so we usually wait until we're in the area. The staff is nice and the products seem on par with what we expect - creamy custard, generous toppings, lots of choices. It's quick service when we do make it by, but we have not tried a weekend or summer evening. Bartlett used to get crazy around those times. Lost a star because all the toppings for my concrete weren't blended further down than 1.5". Expected it to blend further down into the cup.

Shouldn't be forced to wear a mask at a walk up window. Love the food, not happy at all with them not willing to even take my order since I wasn't wearing a mask. That's ridiculous!!

When I walked up to the window, no one was there. . I waited a minute still nobody so I got in my car and went through the drive-thru. The girl that waited on me wouldn't stop talking to her co-worker long enough to give me my ice cream or my change

I traveled 50 miles to get vanilla custard! Only to get their and you were out. I have been down talking Sonic's attempts at custard. Always saying they need to ask Sheridan's secret. Such a disappointment.

Delicious rich custard ice cream!! The salted caramel brownie sundae was divine. That brownie! !!! Just don't count the calories. Service was good.

Always hits the spot and being open later into the evening is a plus! One of the best guilty pleasures! If you have never tasted frozen custard before, once you do you will forget all about ice cream!
